Based on your individual goals, exercise experience, past injuries, and movement screening, I will create a customized monthly training program to help you reach your goals in the most efficient and optimal way possible!
Everyone is different, and your training program should reflect that. We will hop on a video chat and discuss, in detail what you want to accomplish from us working together. Throughout the training, you have access to me directly through email to ensure your goals are being met!
Typically, this level of individualized coaching and programming would cost a small fortune, but I want to make this as accessible as possible. If you are serious about developing a customized plan to help you move and feel better than ever, fill out the application below!
Once you have completed the questionnaire, you can exit this window. I have received your answers and will respond back to you within 24-48 hours. From there, if everything looks good we will set up our initial video consult.

The cost is $150 (USD) per month. This includes an initial 20 minute video conference with me, a fully customized training program, and weekly email check in's.
This is completely up to you! Each month you will have the opportunity to renew if desired. We will be in regular communication, with consistent monitoring of your progress. We can continue to work together as long as needed.
Email will be our primary means of communication. Each month a 20 minute video call will be scheduled, and each week we will review any questions you may have via email.
