Definitely. This plan will help you build a strong, mobile, and resilient low back from ground up. Starting with optimizing movement mechanics, improving joint mobility, and then building functional strength, you will have the foundational elements for a pain-free back for years to come.
The first two phases can be done easily at home with some light bands and a foam roller, but as you get into the last phase you will need access to some dumbbells,/kettlebells and stability balls. Phase 3 is designed to get you back to working out pain-free, so your rehab needs to mimic your training goals.
